Papas-Shoppe LLC
We are a small web-based company dealing in Quality Woods and Supplies for Instrument Makers.
Located ~ 34 miles west of Colorado Springs between Pike’s Peak and the Collegiate Range just off Highway 24 in Florissant, CO.
Our shop is next to our home in Druid Hills. Papas-Shoppe was named by our grand-daughter., Ariel; Kent Wickware being the Papa.
Kent brings 25 years plus of woodworking experience to our web-based business.
Having worked in engineering and project management much of his adult life;
woodworking provided the needed outlet for unwinding from the high tech industry. What started as a hobby, has become a way of life. Kent has always had a passion for wood. His bachelor’s degree in forestry; he is impressive with his knowledge about wood, trees, genus, origins and history. Several samples of fine furniture Kent has build for our home are displayed above . In 1998 Kent began making and selling guitar parts. In 2005 Papas-Shoppe was born. The other part of Papas-Shoppe is Nana, Kent’s wife; Phyllis.
Phyllis serves the company in a number of ways. She handles, shipping and invoicing, as well as being the company scribe.
